Reseller Program

Our predominate route to market is the reseller channel. Resellers fall into two seperate areas;

  • Device Manufacturers seeking to bundle the SIM card and connectivity with the device or application,
  • Aggregators seeking to add Orange to their portfolio of SIM cards.

We offer a number of specialised services to support resellers to ensure they can provide excellent service to their customers.

  • Daily Call Data Records (CDRs),
  • API to connect, bar, lift bar, enable/disable roaming & switch tariffs,
  • Ticket based email support system,
  • Unconnected SIMs with no line rental charges so equipment can remain in warehouse or retail outlet without charges,
  • Aggregated and zero line rental tariffs,
  • Annualised data bundle charges (in addition to the usual monthly data bundle).

Partner Program

If billing the end customer is too complicated, or just not feasible DataSIM operate a partner program.

SIM cards will be supplied to the Partner fullfillment team or Dealer channel. The SIM card can then be resold either seperatley or with the device and activated by the end customer by email or visiting a branded portal.

Each partner program is fully customised and as such requires either volume commitments or a strong business plant to support the initial setup.

As with the Reseller Program we offer a number of tailored services to support the business;

  • Commission reports to pay sales people and dealers ongoing commissions,
  • Branded contract paperwork,
  • Branded customer support,
  • Branded billing and collections,
  • Commission equating to wholesale tariffs,
